Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery and motion practice
• Take and defend depositions and prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Draft clear case evaluations and reports for clients
• Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy

Requirements

• Ideally 1–5 years of civil litigation defense experience; newly barred candidates considered
• Active bar license in good standing: California
• Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
