Overview:

Our firm is currently collaborating with a distinguished full-service defense law firm boasting 19 offices and over 120 lawyers nationwide. We are seeking a Trial Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, defense experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and lead legal files related to General Liability Defense.

• Provide initial analysis of cases and develop case strategy.

• Conduct discovery, including document reviews and interrogatories.

• Take depositions of relevant parties and witnesses.

• Draft legal motions and attend hearings.

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

• Assist and lead in trial proceedings.

The firm's practice is focused on the areas of:

• Premises Liability
• First and Third-Party Property
• Construction Defect
• Products Liability
• Insurance
• General Liability
• Automobile Liability (PIP, BI, UM/UIM, ECL)

Requirements:

Juris Doctor degree, and current member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
