Civil Litigation Attorney: Broad Docket with Hybrid Flexibility in Jacksonville

Our client, a growing Northeast Florida firm, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its downtown Jacksonville office. The practice covers business disputes, tort defense, and commercial matters for local and regional clients.

This is a hybrid role. You will spend part of the week in the Jacksonville office and part working remotely, with direct partner access and real file ownership.

What You'll Do

• Handle civil and commercial litigation from intake through trial or settlement
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
• Communicate clearly with clients on strategy and next steps
• Support partners on larger matters and second-chair trials as needed

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with deadlines
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule and in-office collaboration days
