Civil Litigation Attorney - Health Care Defense

A well-established, multi-state law firm focused on health care is adding a civil litigation attorney to its Bloomfield Hills team. The firm has served health care clients for decades and has a strong reputation for results.

What you'll do

- Manage your own litigation caseload from start to finish

- Help shape case strategy alongside the firm's senior attorneys

- Handle matters in federal court, including complex and medical malpractice defense work

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including federal court

- A background in medical malpractice defense and complex litigation

- Health care licensing, compliance, regulatory, or white-collar criminal experience is a plus

- Currently practicing, licensed in Michigan (or eligible), and comfortable with a billable-hour environment

- Strong with Microsoft Office and electronic file management, since the firm is fully paperless
