Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in various civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on civil law matters
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and present arguments effectively
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal team members on complex cases

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Proven experience in civil litigation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
