1-10 years of experience in:
Strong litigation experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, construction litigation, premises liability, product liability, or related defense-focused practices.
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
Experience managing matters through various stages of litigation.
Trial preparation experience is highly valued.
Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
