What You’ll Do

• Handle complex civil litigation matters from case assessment through resolution
• Conduct research on procedural, statutory, and substantive legal issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and discovery documents
• Assist with discovery, document review, evidence analysis, and case strategy
• Analyze factual and legal issues to identify risks, strengths, weaknesses, and arguments
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and potentially trials
• Work directly with senior attorneys and clients
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Take on increasing responsibility as you develop within the firm's litigation practice

What You’ll Need

• 0-6 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience handling civil litigation matters, preferably complex disputes
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience or exposure to pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and discovery
• Ability to work collaboratively while handling assignments independently
• Strong academic credentials
• Motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
• Interest in working on sophisticated litigation matters and growing your responsibility
