Civil Engineer Project ManagerLocation: Costa Mesa, CA, on-site
Status: Direct hire
Experience level: 10+ years of total experience, project management and leadership experience, and Professional Engineer license (PE).
SUMMARY: This is a full-time in-office role for a Civil Engineer Project Manager. As a Civil Engineer Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team through planning, design and other tasks pertaining to the project. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Lead a team of designers and associate engineers with an efficient, problem-solving management style while ensuring clear communication between clients and the company Manage projects (ie: High Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks and QSR developments)
- Establish and oversee design criteria while following general design standards
- Establish project parameters to ensure timely and high-quality plans delivery
- Work directly with the Principal to produce accurate and competitive proposals and business development
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years in Land Development
- Client, Project, and Team Management Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Budget and Financial Planning Proficiency in AutoCad
- EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license
