Danch, Harner & Associates, Inc. is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team. We are interested in candidates who currently hold an Indiana Professional Engineer (PE) license, hold an active PE license in another state and are eligible for Indiana licensure by comity, or have the qualifications and experience necessary to obtain professional licensure in Indiana.

The successful candidate will support a variety of civil engineering projects, providing technical expertise, project coordination, design oversight, and engineering solutions for our clients.

This is an opportunity to join an established engineering firm and contribute to meaningful projects while growing professionally within a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Current Indiana Professional Engineer (PE) license, OR an active PE license in another state with eligibility to obtain Indiana licensure, OR qualifications and experience that provide a reasonable path toward obtaining an Indiana PE license.
• Experience in civil engineering design, project development, or municipal engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including preparation and review of civil engineering plans and design drawings.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and site development preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of applicable engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
