Civil Engineer (PE), Land Development

A well-established civil design firm serving the Maple Grove / Twin Cities area is looking for a licensed Civil Engineer to join its land development team. You'll design projects from concept through construction and work directly with clients, municipalities, and contractors.

What you'll do

• Lead the civil design on land development projects, including site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and construction documents in AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and permitting agencies to move projects through approvals.
• Review designs for quality and code compliance, and support construction-phase questions.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
• An active Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Hands-on land development design experience.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
