Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000-$160,000, 80% paid medical insurance and 401K with 7% match.
Job description:
Design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Project management multiple simultaneous projects
Responsible for client development and retention
Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Required:- BS/MA in Civil Engineering
- P.E. in SC or NC
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial and residential development
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Civil 3D.
- Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
- Proficiency in site layout, storm water, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:- ICPR/StormWise proficiency
