About the Role:
Fioravanti Inc. Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors is looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team in Southampton, PA. Responsibilities:
- Design and manage land development projects including site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts
- Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, reports, and construction documents
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, clients, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform stormwater management design and prepare E&S control plans
- Conduct site visits and field evaluations to support project development
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permitting requirements
- Collaborate with land surveyors and project teams to deliver accurate, on-time project deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in land development or site civil engineering
- PE license preferred; EIT certification considered for qualified candidates
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania municipal permitting and land development processes a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and agency coordination
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
