Civil Engineer - Land Development

Our client, a well-established civil and site design firm in Birmingham, is adding a Civil Engineer to its land development group. This is a permanent, full-time role with real ownership of projects from concept through permitting and construction.

What you'll do: Prepare site plans, grading, utility and stormwater designs for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments; work with municipal reviewers on approvals; coordinate with surveyors, architects and developers; and support construction administration.

What we're looking for: A BS in Civil Engineering with an EIT or PE (a Alabama PE is preferred). You should be comfortable in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiar with local stormwater and site regulations. There's no minimum years of experience. We care about land development exposure and the drive to grow.
