Our client, a growing civil engineering and surveying team is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) to lead the design, technical delivery, and stamping of land development, site design, and infrastructure projects. This role collaborates closely with project managers, surveyors, and external consultants to guide projects from early concept through permitting and construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and stamp civil engineering plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layoutInterpret project specifications, engineering drawings, and survey data
- Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and clients throughout the permitting processPerform engineering calculations and conduct quality control reviews on deliverables
- Provide technical guidance to project managers during project executionParticipate in post‑project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Professional Engineer (Civil) license - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with grading, drainage, and site utility designAbility to independently manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with land development and subdivision designFamiliarity with municipal and state‑level submittal requirements
- Strong written communication skills for client‑facing deliverables
