Essential Responsibilities:Candidates would be required to perform the following tasks:Completes various civil engineering tasks assigned by a Project Engineer, Manager, or Land Surveyor and work under their direct supervisionWork with and seek guidance from experienced staff on assigned projectsUse of AutoCAD and Civil 3D to assist in the preparation of surveys, site plans, grading plans, utility plans, construction layout, and stakingDesign components of site civil, municipal, and/or transportation projects with the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design softwarePrepare reports and permits for site civil, transportation, and municipal projectsPerform construction observation or field services as requestedCommunicate with project teams in all officesLimited responsibilities in directing staff on project-specific tasksLimited communication with clients, peers, and agencies on project-specific tasksHave the ability to provide overtime to meet project deadlinesMaintain insurability under the Lynch & Associates Automotive policy to operate a company or personal vehicle to conduct businessAssist in any other assigned tasks in support of the Lynch & Associates teamAdditional Information:Lynch & Associates offers a comprehensive benefit program including:Competitive salary based on experience, with bonus potential. Our core business includes civil engineering, surveying, construction observation, and municipal services. We provide innovative solutions through technology, inspired design, and client-centric customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer I to join our team. Qualifications and Experience:0-2 years of experience.
