About the Role Choice One Engineering is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in our Sidney, OH office. In this role, youll work alongside talented professionals to create projects that make a lasting difference in the communities we serve while continuing to grow personally and professionally.
Compensation Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for profit-sharing bonuses. Exempt employees may also earn straight-time overtime pay, providing additional earning opportunities.
What Youll Do
Plan and design land development, site design, and transportation projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Assist in providing consulting engineering services to municipalities, universities, national retailers, developers, and other clients. Prepare engineering plans, calculations, reports, and supporting project documentation. Coordinate with project teams across multiple disciplines and office locations to meet client expectations and project schedules. Build relationships with clients, agency representatives, and internal team members while contributing to a collaborative project environment.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. Pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D. 0-1 years of experience in land development, transportation, and/or site design. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and initiative. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Ability to work onsite in our Sidney, OH office.
