Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 annually + discretionary bonuses + profit sharing

What You Bring
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
What You’ll Do
- Work on civil engineering projects, including commercial, residential, and municipal developments.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.
- Engage in business development activities to expand client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure project administration tasks are completed efficiently, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
