We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in both CAD design and field inspection activities, with responsibilities evenly divided between office-based drafting and site-based project support. Working alongside experienced professionals, the selected candidate will contribute to a variety of infrastructure and land development projects while developing technical, design, and construction observation skills.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and revise engineering drawings, plans, and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist with civil design projects, including site development, grading, utilities, and related infrastructure improvements.
• Conduct field inspections and site visits to verify construction activities comply with project plans and specifications.
• Document field observations, prepare inspection reports, and communicate findings to project teams.
• Support project engineers with design calculations, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to support project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records and adhere to company quality and safety standards.

What you'll need:

Required:

• Bachelor''s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 0 to 3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar drafting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred:

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to civil engineering design or construction inspection.
• Familiarity with land development, transportation, utility, or infrastructure projects.
