Description
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of civil engineering projects with minimal supervision.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through regular communication, collaboration, and responsive problem-solving.
- Participate in the preparation and review of project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Oversee and assign responsibilities to team members to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Perform detailed QA/QC checks on technical deliverables and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Navigate entitlement and permitting processes, including rezoning, special/conditional use permits, site plan approvals, and construction document approvals.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality output.
- Manage project budgets, invoicing, and coordination with sub-consultants.
- Support business development, participate in industry events and maintain existing client relationships.
