Civil Designer

Help turn infrastructure needs into funded, designed, and delivered solutions. This role offers opportunities to support infrastructure planning, program implementation, and community-focused initiatives alongside traditional engineering design work.

Job Duties

• Assist in preparing site, roadway, stormwater, and utility designs.
• Produce drawings, plans, cost estimates, and technical documents.
• Conduct site visits and assist with field investigations, construction observation, and data collection.
• Assist with project development activities including funding applications and program documentation.
• Help ensure municipalities comply with applicable codes, standards, permit requirements, and agency guidelines.
• Interpret local, state, and federal regulations related to stormwater, drinking water, land development, and public infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, funding specialists, and program managers to advance client infrastructure goals.
• Help prepare technical analyses, reports, and supporting documentation for infrastructure funding and implementation initiatives.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
