Must Haves:
BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
Must Have 7+ Years of experience creating and providing design construction documents for large commercial construction projects.
Thorough understanding of NEC Codes, Building Codes, Fire Alarm Codes and etc.
Experience coordinating with MEP Design Engineers to ensure all specifications are met.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or Civil3D is a HUGE PLUS.
Qualifications and Skills:
Responsible for drawing setup, design development of plans and specifications.
Provide construction support including bid evaluation, submittal reviews, responding to RFI’s, final walkthroughs, punch lists and developing As-Built record drawings.
Thorough Understanding of Current Codes and Standards (NEC Codes, Fire Alarm Regulations etc.)
Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office experience. Revit experience is a plus.
