Civil Construction Project Manager – Raynham/Lakeville, MA

Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with an established construction company in the Raynham/Lakeville, MA area.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated construction professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale civil and concrete construction projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil and concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, architects, and site supervisors.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Track project costs, change orders, materials, and procurement.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contract requirements.
• Proactively resolve project challenges and maintain communication with all parties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in civil and/or concrete construction.
• Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Massachusetts Hoisting License preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000+ annual salary, depending on experience.
