Civil CAD Technician – Hybrid or Fully Remote

A growing civil site-development contractor focused on earthwork and site utilities is seeking a CAD Technician to support their estimating and field operations. This position can be hybrid out of Northeast Ohio or fully remote from anywhere, making it a great opportunity for a detail-oriented CAD professional who wants flexibility and long-term stability.

CAD TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D on civil, site, or utility projects

• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, grading plans, and utility drawings

• Experience preparing surfaces, quantities, and drawing exhibits for estimating and field teams

• Understanding of earthwork and site utility construction preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Associate's degree or technical training in drafting or civil technology preferred, but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $60,000 - $70,000
