Position Highlights
The Department of Surgery is seeking an experienced Hepatobiliary/UGI Surgical Oncologist to meet the needs of our growing program in Zion, Illinois. The qualified candidate can look forward to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with a world class, nationally recognized multidisciplinary team of top-level surgical and non-surgical specialists.
- Step into a unique opportunity to shape and expand the Hepatobiliary/UGI service line, with strong clinical support and the resources to develop a thriving practice.
- Ability to establish an expanding referral base in the growing region. Opportunity to create and grow your practice through outreach while having the support of a top 10 cancer organization in the US.
- Practice at a 73-bed cancer hospital equipped with state-of-the-art operating rooms and cutting-edge da Vinci robotic surgery technology.
- Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with an established multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, and nurses.
- The preferred candidate will demonstrate advanced expertise in robotic pancreatic, gastric, and liver surgery. Experience performing robotic Whipple procedures is of particular interest.
- City of Hope faculty appointment. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
