Citrix Systems Administrator (Remote)

We are looking for an Citrix Systems Administrator (Remote). In this role, you will administer and troubleshoot Citrix-based multi-user systems, resolving end-user technical issues, managing user access, and monitoring application/database performance to ensure reliable system operation.

This is an 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role; remote role in US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsiblities

• Regularly interacts with users to assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical tickets.
• May support user access provisioning. Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network and database administrators.
• Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.

Requirements:

• Must be a US citizen
• 8 + years of experience as - Citrix server administration
• Application performance monitoring
• Database performance monitoring
• User security/access provisioning
• End-user ticket resolution, including working directly with application users and documenting solutions
• Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation: $90/hr - $100/hr
