Key Responsibilities
Network Operations & Support
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
- Perform software upgrades, patching, and configuration backups.
- Support 24x7 operations and critical incident resolution.
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
- Manage VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, ACLs, VRFs, and routing protocols.
- Implement network changes and maintain network documentation.
Troubleshooting & Incident Management
- Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues.
- Resolve incidents within SLA targets.
- Perform root cause analysis and prepare technical reports.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Support network expansion, migration, and transformation projects.
- Implement routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and load-balancer solutions.
- Participate in network capacity planning and performance optimization.
