Title: Cisco Call Manager
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $35.00-37.00/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
We are seeking a Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) with 3-9 years of experience supporting enterprise voice and collaboration environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco VoIP technologies, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), telephony administration, troubleshooting, and voice infrastructure support.
Note: Due to federal compliance requirements, this position is open only to U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco VoIP and telephony systems.
- Manage dial plans, call routing, voice gateways, and SIP trunk configurations.
- Support Session Border Controllers (Clients), preferably Oracle Client.
- Maintain and troubleshoot call recording solutions such as NICE.
- Perform E911 administration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Support Cisco UCS infrastructure associated with voice environments.
- Diagnose and resolve voice, connectivity, and call-quality issues.
- Work closely with network and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability of voice services.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support guides.
- Participate in upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
- Support Client Teams Calling integrations and hybrid voice environments when required.
Required Skills:
- 3-9 years of experience supporting Cisco Voice/VoIP environments.
- Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Knowledge of telephony administration, dial plans, SIP, and voice network architecture.
- Experience with Session Border Controllers (Clients), preferably Oracle Client.
- Hands-on experience with NICE call recording platforms.
- Knowledge of E911 administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Cisco UCS environments.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SIP protocols.
- Experience troubleshooting complex VoIP issues.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Client Teams Calling.
- Knowledge of cloud-based voice and collaboration solutions.
- Cisco Voice/Collaboration certifications are a plus.
