    Position Summary:

    This position will serve as the primary program lead and community partnerships liaison. The Pathway

    Coordinator's responsibilities will focus on establishing, coordinating, and strengthening relationships

    with tribal education departments, Native-led organizations, higher education partners, and community

    agencies.

    Essential Functions:

    • Building and sustaining formal partnerships with tribal communities and Native-serving

    organizations

    • Coordinating community-based learning experiences and project-based learning opportunities
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for community partners and tribal education offices
    • Supporting family engagement efforts and strengthening schoolcommunity relationships
    • Coordinating program operations, including logistics, scheduling with partners, and alignment

    with site leadership

    • Collaborating closely with site administrators, teachers, and the Pathway Advisor to ensure

    program fidelity and consistency

    • Supporting program growth and potential expansion to additional campuses

    Training and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field, or
    • Prior experience with developing school/business/Native American community partnerships, or any

    combination of education and related experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the

    position.

    • Experience in identifying and building collaborative Native American community resources designed to

    promote successful educational and social programs within Native American communities.

    Knowledge of:

    Native American partnership development and coordination.

    Skill In:

    Building partnerships within Native American communities that are relationship-centered and community

    facing.
