Position Summary
Seeking a results-driven ERP & Supply Chain Integrations Lead to take complete operational ownership of our core system architecture, focusing deeply on Cin7 management, WMS/3PL operations, data integrations (API/EDI), inventory control, and high-throughput manufacturing workflows. In this role, you will not just maintain an ERP system; you will engineer and optimize the automated data pipelines connecting sales channels like Shopify to our backend manufacturing and third-party logistics network.
This role requires a hands-on, independent champion to bridge the gap between digital e-commerce stacks and physical logistics. You will be responsible for scaling our infrastructure from manual, entrepreneurial processes into a highly disciplined, automated production platform that seamlessly supports tier-one retail partnerships including Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Cost Plus World Market, Hy-Vee, Natural Grocers, At Home, Imperial, Orgill, Mid-States, and others.
Core Responsibilities

• Cin7 & WMS/3PL Architecture: Act as the ultimate system administrator and subject matter expert for Cin7. Manage day-to-day warehouse management system (WMS) data, orchestrate inventory allocations across 3PL networks, and ensure physical warehouse operations perfectly mirror ERP records.
• Integration & API/EDI Management: Design, troubleshoot, and optimize the data flows connecting Shopify, Cin7, 3PL platforms, and retail EDI endpoints. Own the technical onboarding process for big-box retailers, including item master setup, automated compliance routing, and EDI document mapping to eliminate manual order entry.
• Inventory Control & Data Integrity: Build and maintain rigorous inventory control practices within Cin7. Establish strict data discipline over item masters and Bill of Materials (BOM), leading inventory reconciliation across all warehouse locations and ensuring real-time visibility into stock levels.
• Manufacturing Workflow Optimization: Define and automate production workflows within the ERP to support high-throughput, automated manufacturing lines. Bridge the gap between production floors and accounting by optimizing raw material depletion, labor allocation records, and finished goods assembly tracking in Cin7.
• Cross-Functional Process Automation: Lead the transition away from manual workarounds (spreadsheets, emails) to centralized, system-driven workflows. Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Production, Warehousing, and Accounting to root out data silos, eliminate bottlenecks, and build repeatable processes.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Actively interview cross-functional team members to map out complex operational procedures. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management, system integrations, and system-driven production planning to eliminate reliance on individual tribal knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Core Systems Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience directly managing Cin7 (or a closely equivalent inventory-focused ERP) alongside advanced WMS/3PL operational routing.
• Technical Integration & Data Capabilities: Proven track record designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting API and EDI integrations. Direct experience handling retail compliance, retail portal forms, labeling specifications, and EDI document exchanges for major big-box or grocery retailers.
• Advanced Inventory & Manufacturing Background: Deep knowledge of inventory control frameworks (cycle counting, valuation, multi-location tracking) and structured manufacturing workflows (BOM management, production scheduling, material replenishment planning).
• Proven Autonomy: Demonstrated success independently running an enterprise systems function, managing complex technical projects, and driving organizational change with minimal direction.
• Soft Skills & Accountability: High emotional intelligence to earn the trust of multiple departments, combined with the assertiveness required to establish data discipline and hold team members accountable to process standards.
• Analytical Problem Solving: A natural curiosity to reverse-engineer chaotic, manual workflows and rebuild them into clean, structured, and highly automated system processes.
