well-established full-service Law Firm to find a
C&I Lending Transactional Finance Attorney to join their growing team in Uniondale, NY. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial finance and lending transactions.
We Offer:- Pay: Up to $220K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Bonus: Up to $30K Annual Billable Hour Incentive Bonus

- Hybrid Flexibility: In-office for the first 60-90 days, followed by some hybrid flexibility
Responsibilities:- Handle a variety of commercial finance and lending transactions.
- Draft and negotiate financing and transactional documents.
- Advise clients on deal structure, collateral, and related legal matters.
- Manage due diligence and coordinate transactions through closing.
- Work directly with lenders, borrowers, and other parties throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of Transactional and/or Commercial Finance experience
- Experience with C&I lending, asset-based lending, or commercial finance
- New York and/or New Jersey Bar Admission required; Florida is a plus
- Familiarity with UCC secured transactions preferred
