Description
A regional medical center in Bullhead City, AZ is seeking a full-time Microbiology Lab Tech Supervisor to join its laboratory team. This is a permanent, day-shift position with a MondayFriday schedule.
The role. The Microbiology Lab Tech Supervisor oversees day-to-day microbiology operations, including culture set-up, processing of all specimen types, and susceptibility testing. The supervisor ensures quality assurance standards are maintained consistently across the department. This position carries both hands-on bench responsibilities and supervisory accountability for the microbiology section.
What we're looking for.
- 4 Year Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- AMT or ASCP or NCCLS certification
- 12 years of experience in microbiology laboratory operations, with experience preferred across all areas including culture set-up, specimen processing, susceptibility testing, and quality assurance
Schedule. Monday through Friday, 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM.
Compensation. $39.66 - $45.70/hr
