LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Critical Care (CCU), Intensive Care (ICU), Emergency Department (ED), Cardiology, Trauma Care, Inpatient Rehab, Interventional Radiology, Anesthesia, Primary Care Dowagiac, Primary Care Hartford, Primary Care Coloma, Primary Care and Walk In Clinic Watervliet, SWMC Niles, ENT Niles and SWMC Stevensville Walk In Clinic. 90 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Critical Care (CCU), Intensive Care (ICU), Emergency Department (ED), Cardiology, Trauma Care, Inpatient Rehab, Interventional Radiology, Anesthesia, Primary Care Dowagiac, Primary Care Hartford, Primary Care Coloma, Primary Care and Walk In Clinic Watervliet, SWMC Niles, ENT Niles and SWMC Stevensville Walk In Clinic. 90 Days required CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association depending on age-appropriateness of patient population Upon Hire preferred Or CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA American Heart Association depending on age-appropriateness of patient population Upon Hire preferred
