ChiroCare of Florida is looking for a friendly, dependable Chiropractic Assistant to join our Lake Worth/Greenacres team. This is a fast-paced position where you'll provide outstanding patient care while helping keep our office running smoothly.
Fluent English and Spanish are REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist the chiropractor
- Apply therapeutic modalities, including:
- Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
- Mechanical Traction
- Therapeutic Ultrasound
- Cold Laser Therapy
- Roller Tables
- Ice and Heat Therapy
- Monitor patients during therapy
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Check patients in and out
- Collect copays and update patient records
- Maintain clean treatment rooms and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous chiropractic or medical office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
