We offer neurological consultations, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, neuro-rehabilitation coordination, and multidisciplinary care to support patients throughout their recovery journey.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized, dependable, and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at our neuro-rehabilitation treatment facility in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a patient-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, is comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment, and has an interest in chiropractic care, rehabilitation, sports medicine, neurology, or musculoskeletal care.
This role will support the chiropractor with daily clinical operations, patient scheduling, phone calls, and in-office patient care. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinical support.
Responsibilities- Assist the chiropractor and clinical team with daily patient care
- Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after patient visits
- Assist with modalities and other treatments as directed by the provider
- Obtain and document basic patient information
- Help maintain patient flow throughout the clinic
- Provide patients with a welcoming and professional experience
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other clinical or administrative duties as needed
Qualifications- Florida Certified Chiropractic Physician's Assistant (CCPA) license required
- Previous experience in a chiropractic office, medical office, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable scheduling appointments and communicating directly with patients.
- Interest in chiropractic care, rehabilitation, sports medicine, neurology, or musculoskeletal care.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and electronic health record systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in person at our Boca Raton facility.
