House Manager
Salary: $52,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of a residential home
• Mentor and develop Direct Support Professionals
• Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
• Create a positive, supportive environment for individuals served and your team

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or bachelor's degree in human services or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
Previous supervisory or management experience required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
