Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00/hour + OT

Industrial HVAC Technician Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial chiller systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and uptime
- Diagnose issues across mechanical and electrical components
- Service pumps, motors, VFDs, control systems, valves, and heat exchangers
- Work with refrigeration systems including proper refrigerant handling and controls
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and system documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards in plant environments
- Support operations across multiple industrial and refinery job sites
- Assist with system startups, shutdowns, and upgrades
Industrial HVAC Technician Skills and Abilities: - Strong experience working on chillers and industrial HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with VFDs, motors, and industrial controls
- Familiarity with plant or refinery environments
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in high-demand, fast-paced environments
Industrial HVAC Technician Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training or HVAC certification preferred
- 5+ years of industrial or heavy commercial HVAC experience required
- Chiller experience is required
