Super Soccer Stars is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Children's Soccer Coaches! As a Super Soccer Stars coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through the beautiful game of soccer. Our program focuses on providing a fun and supportive environment where children can develop their soccer skills while building confidence and fostering a love for the sport.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct soccer classes for children aged 2-14+ years old
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate soccer drills and games
- Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in setting up and organizing equipment
- Communicate effectively with parents about class activities and child's progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Soccer playing background or knowledge of the game
- Passion for working with children and helping them develop new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to class locations
- Availability to work weekday and/or weekend, mornings and afternoons
- First Aid and CPR certified - a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
Benefits
Type: Part-time
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Flexible schedule:
- Flexibility to choose your own hours.
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Weekend: Saturday
Sessions: Typically 30 to 40 minutes each, with the possibility of leading anywhere from 3 to 10 sessions per week based on qualifications and availability.
