What you'll do
- Teach parent-child, Pre-K, and/or grade school gymnastics classes (ages 4 months–12 years), so you’ll get variety
- Run birthday parties from start to finish and give families a truly magical experience
- Welcome members like family and build lasting relationships with them
- Keep our space safe and clean
- Work with a fun team of instructors
What we expect from you
- Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
- Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
- Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.
