This individual will be providing outpatient counseling services to children and their families. The individual will need to be professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate.

    Terros Health is looking for professional and dedicated Children's Clinician for our Stapley Dr. Health Center!

    Full-Time Employment

    Location: 1111 S Stapley Dr #5060, Mesa, AZ 85204

    Schedule: Mon-Fri, Full-time

    $57,000+ for Associate Level Therapists

    $70,000+ for Independent Licensed Therapists

    • Weekly clinical supervision for associate level licensed staff*
    • reimbursement for licensure and renewals*

    (temporary license does not qualify)

    Position Summary: Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, supervised by the Children's Clinical Manager. The Board of Directors and/or President and CEO may designate other activities as needed. This position is responsible for providing outpatient services which may include assessments and counseling for children, adolescents, transition aged youth, families, and groups. The Clinician will provide treatment for both mental and substance use needs. Provision of services will occur in primarily in an office setting, out of the office in a school-based setting or other place of service such as a family's home.

    Essential Duties

    • Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients.
    • Ability to translate knowledge into effective counseling methods.
    • Ability to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
    • Seeks supervision/consultation as appropriate.
    • Treatment plans provide clear translation of needs into individual, achievable and measurable objectives.
    • Child and Adolescent Clinicians: Involvement in CFTs, collaboration with child/family, contributes to ISP process.
    • Record keeping: Client's charts are in compliance with required standards to include - progress notes are completed same day; progress notes reflect evidence-based treatment.
