Primrose School of West Plano - Plano, TX

Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay: $14.50-$16 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Toddler Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, a positive attitude, and a commitment to helping toddlers grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
• Follow all state licensing and Primrose standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
