Support/Floater Teacher (Full-Time)
Primrose School of West Plano – Plano, TX
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, a positive attitude, and a commitment to helping toddlers grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
- Follow all state licensing and Primrose standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
