The Learning Experience – Meridian is looking for an enthusiastic Childcare Teacher to join our team. We're seeking someone who enjoys creating meaningful connections with children while providing the structure, encouragement, and engaging experiences they need during their early years.


You'll work alongside a collaborative teaching team in a fun, professional environment where teachers are supported and encouraged to grow.


Responsibilities

• Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
  
  
• Lead play-based activities that encourage learning and development
  
  
• Support children's communication, independence, and social-emotional skills
  
  
• Guide children through classroom routines, meals, outdoor play, and transitions
  
  
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety
  
  
• Communicate professionally with families and fellow team members
  
  
• Follow all Idaho childcare licensing requirements and center policies
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• Childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience preferred
  
  
• CDA or ECE education is a plus
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with children
  
  
• Must meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements
