    What Youll Do

    Childcare Teachers provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.

    What You Bring

    • Passion for working with young children
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
    • Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment
    • Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Enrollment in Oregons Central Background Registry or ability to obtain
    • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
    • Ability to meet Oregon licensing requirements
