What You''ll Be Doing
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, administrative oversight, and daily supervision of the Child Welfare Clinical Team, which includes two Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialists (LCAS), two Registered Nurses (RNs), and one part-time Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health and substance use services to children, youth, and families involved with the child welfare system. The Clinical Supervisor promotes effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff development, and collaboration with internal and external partners to support positive outcomes for children and families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor works closely with Child Welfare Services, healthcare providers, behavioral health agencies, and community partners to coordinate care, participate in multidisciplinary case consultations, and strengthen service delivery for children and families.
The Clinical Supervisor monitors program performance, identifies opportunities for quality improvement, assists with audits and reporting requirements, and supports the development and implementation of program goals, policies, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include approving staff schedules and leave, monitoring program resources, maintaining accurate program data, and performing other duties as assigned.
This position is required to participate in the division''s rotating after-hours placement coverage schedule to provide consultation and support for child welfare placement needs outside of regular business hours.
