Essential Duties/Responsibilitie
* sCreate and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts
* .Write, edit, and disseminate communications to end users and stakeholders
* .Assist in developing training and training material for systems of record
* .Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues
* .Assist adult learners in physical classroom trainings
* .Assist with equipment set up and testing activities for classroom trainings
* .Assist with administrative tasks associated with training registration
* .Monitor group mailboxes and respond to stakeholder questions
* .Work with subject matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricul
