Primary Purpose:
To oversee the point of sale, the menu planner and inventory system functionality and ensures it is operating with the guidelines set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture. By extension, the coordinator ensures its uptime during critical business hours and provides online/phone support to our campus teams. The System and Trainer Coordinator is also responsible to provide training to all CN Staff on Mosaic System. She/he is to ensure proper reports are used for end of day closing and end of month reports. Responsible for all required training for the CN Department Staff and Community Eligibility Program monthly and yearly reports (CEP).
