Position Overview
We are seeking a Child Social Worker (LMSW) to provide mental health services to patients aged 6 and above in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This hybrid position offers flexible scheduling with only one on-site day required weekly. Bilingual candidates are required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6+
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain active Medicaid provider status
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
Conduct family sessions and provide support to caregivers
Requirements
Education: Master of Social Work from an accredited program
Licensure: Active New York State LMSW License
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
Requirements: Must have an active Medicaid; Bilingual (mandatory)
Technical Skills: Child psychosocial assessments, evidence-based therapies, case management
