Pay: Starting at $18 per hour
Job type: Direct Hire, 3 month duration with the possibility to extend
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour day shifts
Location: Richmond, VA

About the Job
We are hiring three Child Care Teachers for a child development center in Richmond, VA. You will teach and care for children from six weeks to six years old as part of a friendly teaching team.

What You Will Do

• Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate lessons
• Keep children safe and the classroom clean
• Track each child's progress and share updates with parents
• Guide teacher aides and volunteers in your classroom

Required

• 2 years of child care experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Early childhood education coursework or a related degree, or equal experience

Preferred - Not Required

• Infant and toddler experience
• Reggio Emilia experience
• CDA credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education
