    Role Description This full-time, on-site Child Care Teacher role is based in Plano, TX. The Child Care Teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early learning, social skills, and positive behavior. Responsibilities include supervising children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being, maintaining clean and organized classrooms, and following center policies and licensing regulations. The teacher will communicate regularly with families about children’s progress, collaborate with colleagues on classroom planning, and participate in staff meetings and training. The role also involves documenting observations, supporting individualized needs, and fostering an inclusive, respectful environment for all children.

    • Ability to design and deliver developmentally appropriate educational activities that support early childhood learning and growth.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

    • Previous experience working with children in a child care, preschool, or educational setting is strongly preferred.

    • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing, lifting, and engaging in active play; background check and required clearances as per local regulations.
