Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic child care Teaching Assistant to join our child care team! In this role, you’ll work alongside lead teachers to support classroom instruction, supervise children, and help create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about early childhood education, enjoys working with kids, and is eager to grow professionally

What You’ll Do:
- Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and instruction
- Provide individual and small group support to children
- Supervise children in the classroom, on the playground, and during transitions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Reinforce classroom routines and positive behavior
- Communicate with families and staff as directed by the lead teacher
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous experience working with children (preferred)
- A positive, energetic attitude and love for working with kids
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team
- Familiarity with child development and classroom safety practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Schedule:
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Monday–Friday
